# Assistant Regional Sales Operation Manager - East###### Share this job opportunityStrategic thinking and planning* Support Regional Sales Director on preparing the annual plan and budget by improving tools and insight on data analysis.* Assist Regional Sales Director's/ Regional sales operation manager decision making by providing in depth analysis on figure / organization structure / work process perspective.* Regional new city expansion plan, new city coverage process, etc.**Monthly business review report*** Analyze region selling status and generate monthly business review report, which indicates volume trend, by city by brand analysis, etc.* Dig out the reasons behind and raise up business suggestion to RSM, RSM will help on this part;**Daily Panel report summary*** Send out panel report to Field team to make sure field team could sense problems on time and resolve product shortage, freshness issue,
