We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across Latin America, with a strong focus on the Financial Services ecosystem. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role designed for a senior sales professional with a strong hunter mentality, deep understanding of complex B2B sales environments, and proven experience building revenue pipelines in technology-driven solutions. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new enterprise-level clients, owning the process from early discovery through closing, while positioning the company as a trusted strategic partner. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Financial Services market across LATAM, with an initial focus on key regional markets. Build and execute outbound and inbound commercial strategies to generate qualified pipeline and sustainable revenue growth. Engage with senior decision-makers (C-level, directors, and heads of business/technology) to understand strategic priorities and propose high-value solutions.



Manage the full sales lifecycle, including opportunity qualification, solution positioning, commercial negotiations, and contract closure. Maintain rigorous opportunity tracking, forecasting accuracy, and performance reporting through CRM systems. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Delivery, and Regional Teams to align value propositions, go-to-market initiatives, and account strategies. Continuously analyze performance metrics to optimize conversion, deal velocity, and revenue outcomes. Stay informed on market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies impacting the financial industry.
