How You'll Make The Impact Oversee creative strategy and execution for the BU by acting as a creative consultant and partner with the extended Marketing and Communications team to turn “requests” into concepts and assets. Lead sustainable creative and content development operation from ideation to execution to ensure every content suite aligns to creative architectures adopted by the company and BU. Ensure creative and execution quality across all internal and external content production projects. Design and deliver high-impact executive presentations in collaboration with the leadership team. Lead creative direction across both visual and written elements.



Own and orchestrate the end-to-end content production process, aligning teams, timelines, and deliverables. Support the end of the content lifecycle production by ensuring that content assets are stored following metadata, tagging, taxonomy, and naming conventions. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. Your Background Professional experience in creative or design, ideally with hands-on experience as a designer or as a copywriter Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, Visual Communications, Branding Show deep understanding of the development of creative concepts, content production, and brand strategy.
