About the Role





We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage strategic hiring initiatives across technical, commercial, and operational functions. You will play a critical role in scaling our team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple concurrent roles. Develop proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions. Build employer brand through exceptional candidate experiences. Analyse hiring data to improve process efficiency. Partner with HR and leadership on workforce planning.

Requirements

3+ years of talent acquisition experience. Experience recruiting across diverse disciplines. Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter skills. Ability to manage high volume without sacrificing quality. Passion for finding exceptional people.
