About the Role

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own our paid acquisition strategy across search,



social, and programmatic channels. You will manage significant budgets and drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Optimise bidding strategies and creative to maximise ROAS. Manage and allocate marketing budgets across channels. Build reporting dashboards and communicate results to leadership. Identify new channels and test emerging formats.

Requirements

3+ years of performance marketing experience. Proven track record managing large ad budgets. Deep understanding of attribution modelling. Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and analytics tools. Data-driven and commercially minded.
