Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a HubSpot Solutions Expert for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Costa Rica/Colombia.
The HubSpot Solutions Expert serves as the internal authority on HubSpot, supporting the full client lifecycle from presales through delivery.
This role joins discovery calls alongside the sales team to assess client needs, contributes to project proposals by defining the functional and technical scope of HubSpot engagements, and oversees execution to ensure delivery teams have the guidance they need to succeed. In addition, this role is responsible for advising on and improving the company’s own HubSpot instance.
The right candidate has a background in a HubSpot agency environment, holds relevant HubSpot certifications, and is comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor across both client-facing and internal work.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands‑on experience working with HubSpot in a professional environment.
- Active HubSpot certifications, with breadth across core areas such as CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.




- Proven experience working in a HubSpot agency or partner environment, with exposure to presales and client‑facing work.
- Hands‑on experience configuring and optimizing HubSpot across multiple client engagements.
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing CRM migrations into HubSpot from major platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
- Hands‑on experience working with REST APIs and webhooks in the context of CRM integrations, including the ability to troubleshoot and independently implement API‑based connections.
- Proven experience using middleware or iPaaS platforms such as Make, n8n, or similar tools to design and execute integration workflows beyond native HubSpot connectors.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and map data structures from source systems, perform or oversee data transformation and cleaning, and validate data integrity throughout a migration process.
