This is a hands-on execution role, not a manager or strategist position.
We are looking for someone who can consistently perform daily outreach activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and deliver results through discipline and follow-up.
? Work Schedule (Strict – No Flexibility)
Part-Time: 4 hours per day - Opportunity to be converted to full-time
Schedule: U.S.
Pacific
Time (PST) overlap required
Example: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM Colombia Time (negotiable)
Fixed schedule — no adaptable hours
? Responsibilities
Research and identify healthcare practices in the U.S.
Execute daily outbound outreach
Cold calls (primary focus)
Cold emails
LinkedIn messaging
Follow scripts and improve messaging over time
Qualify prospects and book meetings on the team’s calendar
Maintain CRM with accurate activity tracking
Perform consistent follow-ups (critical for success)
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to:
Personalize outreach
Increase efficiency
Support messaging optimization
✅ Requirements
Strong spoken and written English (clear, professional)
Proven SDR / BDR / appointment setting experience
Comfortable with cold calling U.S. businesses daily
Highly disciplined and consistent with daily activity
Strong follow-up mindset (non-negotiable)
Experience with CRM and outreach tools
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT or similar)
? Compensation
Hourly Rate: $4 – $8/hour (based on experience)
Performance Bonuses: Per qualified booked meeting
Additional bonuses based on performance and results
Growth Opportunity: Conversion to full-time role based on performance
Advancement to senior SDR / closing roles
